For your safety and that of our staff, we have made significant changes
to the way we carry out dental care.

Our practice is open only to patients who have already made an appointment with us. If you wish to get in touch with our team, please email us or call us.

Between appointments, we must factor in a ‘fallow period’ where we clean down the practice and decontaminate all areas. This means we have limited appointment slots.

Coronavirus screening

Before attending your appointment, we will screen you for symptoms of coronavirus. We will only see patients who are symptom-free. We are checking temperatures at the door so if your temperature is 38°c or higher, we will ask you to return home and self-isolate.

At the practice

When at the practice, we will ask you to remain in your car or outside. Call us when you arrive and we will let you in once we’ve checked your temperature. Once inside, we will need you to wear a mask and also sanitise your hands. We can provide a mask if you need one.

You will notice some changes inside the practice. We have installed panels at the reception desk and have marked out social distancing recommendations on the floor. In the surgery, our team will be wearing full PPE.

Where possible, we ask if you can pay contactless or pay over the phone before your appointment.
